An AI expense tracker you update in one sentence
Most budgets fall apart because recording every purchase is a chore. In AI Budgie you type what you spent the way you’d text a friend, such as Starbucks yesterday, 5 bucks, and the bookkeeping assistant fills in the shop, amount, date and category.
Nothing is saved until you confirm it, and your monthly budget updates the moment you do. No bank login is needed.
How it works
You type “Starbucks yesterday, 5 bucks”. AI Budgie drafts a $5.00 Dining out expense dated yesterday; you tap Record it, and it is recorded.

Type a sentence such as Starbucks yesterday, 5 bucks. Several at once work too: Lunch 30, taxi 15.

The assistant replies with a card for each: the shop, the category, the amount and the date.

Tap Record it to save it, or Change to fix anything first. Your budget updates straight away.
What the assistant handles
- Spending and income. “Got paid 2400 today” or “sold a bike for 120” is recorded as income, not spending.
- Several purchases in one message. Each one gets its own card to check.
- Fixes after saving. Tell it “make that 6 dollars” and it updates the card.
- Your categories. Each purchase lands in a category of your monthly budget, so you see what’s left to spend as you go.
No bank connection, on purpose
AI Budgie never asks for your bank login. Besides typing a sentence, you can scan a receipt, add a transaction by hand, or import a CSV file exported from your bank.
The trade-off is honest: without bank sync, a purchase you don’t record isn’t in your budget. Why we built it this way.
What happens to your messages
Your messages go to an AI service so it can read them. Your financial data is never sold or used for advertising. Your privacy and your data explains which providers are involved.

Questions
What if the assistant gets something wrong?
Nothing is saved until you confirm the card, so you can change it first. After saving, tell the assistant what to fix, or edit the transaction on the Transactions page.
Can I talk to it in Chinese?
Yes. The assistant understands English and Chinese, and the whole app can be switched between them.
Is there a limit on messages?
Yes, a daily allowance that depends on your plan; the Pricing page lists it. You can always add transactions by hand on the Transactions page.
Does AI Budgie connect to my bank?
No, never. You record spending by typing a sentence, scanning a receipt, adding it by hand, or importing a CSV file exported from your bank.
